Appraisal Time !

Have been in a mental trauma for many passing hours - I pondered over a potential reason for the same ! Everyone in the office is running around with mixed emotions adoring their faces :) It's the appraisal delivery time and all seems to be concerned with it. The case is ditto with me and I don't have any carefully crafted words to describe the situation!
I could see Managers hurrying up in delivering the results to their team. Each conference room is filled with an air of seriousness. The team would be waiting outside for their colleague to finish his and come out. The employee emerges from the room, without the slightest of facial expression which makes the team confused about the ratings and hikes. Or it could be a small gesture as in being indicative of his state.
Whatever the case, it takes sometime for the mood to swing back ! I guess this is the rationale behind planning it for a friday as it takes the weekends to be in a peaceful state ! Well, it happened to be decent for me that makes it possible in writing this ....hoping to do some more better work !!!!!!!
