It's technology that rules the world now ! Everywhere u go , new gadgets are on the rise . New computers, laptops, appliances, phew ! you are lost in the digital revolution. Same is the case in the mobile phone scenario.
go out to the street, and u see people with a variety of mobiles. The most funny thing i have seen is some kind of handsfree devices that people use. Well, many of my fellow roommates had this idea to buy a new mobile phone. One guy had put the initial idea of this and two others backed him. Like a political plot, the first one backed off and it was again two people actively involved in the buying game !!
Now, which one to buy ? A question that made them sleepless for a few weeks. New models with lot of features- with mp3 player, with advanced imaging cameras, varied styles, designs.They have started the search. For a perfect model that fits the pocket and fills ur mind. Most of the time was utilized in extensive researches about the model :) The others including me were looking at them in utmost respect.
Finally they got one;the dream model that they finalized upon.Boy, it's a damn cool one with lots of facilities. And the most important of that is it has bluetooth. Our miseries started with that. We even cursed the guy that invented this feature :))
After office hours they started discussing about their new mobiles. It was funny for us to see that initially. What the other guy did with this mobile, what's the new ringtone, the new applications available and so on. And they started transferring data through bluetooth. So all the discussions were concentrated on that. How to use that effectively and etc etc. The others were looking like a set of underprivileged people !!!
Anyways, I'm sure this initial excitement will die down as they get used to the device more and more. Till then we'll be more and more amused !!!!!! And i'm quite sure i get a reply for this from them for daring this :)
