Ring of Rain!

The face of clock showed a mood of dusk
The sky turned black like darkened mist
Ready to weep, the woes of days
Laden deep in the wombs of time

The first drop flew, past raging winds
Good old earth spreads wings of care
To take its soul in bosom warmth
A wait for more that spills from skies

The spell soon broke; an unleashed song
Spikes or spears from quiver of clouds
Awash by waves, the world stood still
To take the blows of olden deeds

Though at times, it smiles so sweet
To cradle lives and see them bloom
A childhood speck that cross my mind
Of splash in puddles and little boats

The tranquil earth after every rain
And a moist smell wafts in air
I feel my self that calms its tone
The ring of rain with mystic modes
