Vacation Diary !

The time that has been spent ‘less engaged’ in office made me wise. Hmm… am I being philosophical? I guess the first thoughts of vision or wisdom that crossed my mind was about a vacation. In minutes, I gave a final shape to my leave plan and got the approval from my Managers.
As usual, the destination was home, sweet home in Kerala. Though I visit the same place once in a month to be with my parents, I reckoned that this was a special one – more time to be composed, contented and for a cool mind. I was certain about being away from musings of my professional life, even though I occasionally check my office mails. The majority of time was attributed for enjoying the serene symphony in the air around me.
The vacation days started on a quiet note with the mornings calm and no attempt whatsoever from my end to be an early bird. An absolute relief from the mind boggling effort of catching the morning cab! I did spent some time in doing chores for my mom recollecting my childhood days – a trip to the shop to grab some commodities or tag along with her as she carefully picked the best vegetables, some items from the bakery. The rest of the time was into reading more tintin and asterix and blogging! There were some trips to meet couple of relatives and I did enjoy those as it kept the bond alive with them.
But soon, the vacation would come to an end taking me back to office days where a prospective project awaits me!
